BIO: After joining the insurance industry in 1976 as an independent insurance adjuster, Ray decided to open his own insurance brokerage, Dolan General Insurance Ltd in 1979.

He eventually merged his business with Neill & Estey Insurance and assisted in the growth of that firm in becoming one of Fredericton’s largest insurance brokerages.

After a brief retirement from the industry to pursue other business interest Ray joined Cambridge SIA in 2001. Ray’s handles both commercial and personal lines.

Ray enjoys golf and following his children’s interest in various sporting venues. He has been on the board of Fredericton Sports Investment for over twenty five years and has served as president of the Capital Winter Club and the Fredericton City Club.

In 2006-2007 he is the Chairman of the Capital City Classic Basketball Tournament.
